How do I place an order?

You can place an order by supplying us with the following information:

  • Business Name
  • Contact Name
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Shipping/Billing Address
  • Your Business License or Wholesale Tax ID
  • Preferred Ship Method

Please include a copy of your order, including item number, name and quantity.

Can you mix beads and buttons?

Yes, beads and buttons can be mixed. Please note that all beads need to be ordered in multiples of 3, and all button packs need to be ordered in multiples of 6.

 

How do you ship?

We can ship via UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and via a freight forwarder. Please consult your sales representative if you wish to use a shipping method other than one of those listed.

 

Where can I order buttons online if I don’t have a wholesale ID or a business license?

If you do not have a wholesale Tax ID, or cannot place an order that meets our $100.00 minimum, you can order buttons from shellysbuttonsandmore.com. Beads can be ordered at jessejamesbeads.com

 

Can you order any individual button items in bulk?

Yes, all buttons can be ordered in bulk, except for buttons from our Disney collection. (1 gross, per color, per style minimum).

 

Can I order buttons without shanks?

Shanks can be clipped off for an additional fee on any bulk orders.

 

Can I have my buttons dyed to a specific color?

Any bulk button order can be dyed to match any color (fabric, ribbon swatch, pantone color, etc.) We cannot dye metallic or glitter buttons.

 

I would like to order a button in bulk that you no longer carry. Is this possible?

There is a 50 gross minimum to order a discontinued button (You will need to take all 50 gross at one time).

 

When will I be charged for my order?

We charge for orders at the time they are shipped.

 

How long after I place my order can I expect it to ship?

Lead times can vary depending upon several factors. Our typical range is between 7 to 10 days, based on stock availability. Please consult your sales representative at the time of your order to receive a more accurate estimate.

 

Will items that I order which are not in stock be placed on backorder?

No, we do not backorder any items. If you include an item on your order and it is out of stock, then the item will not be shipped, and you will not be charged for it.

 

How can I get samples of your product?

We do not provide samples. If you would like to try our product before placing a wholesale order, you can purchase online from one of our current online distributors, or from a local brick and mortar craft supplier.
